From Our Laguna Beach Tea Shop

People who love traditional florals spot this one straight away, and the conversation almost always starts the same way: I have never seen these two in the same tea. Watching that turn from curiosity into delight is one of the better parts of the job. Some leave wanting jasmine on its own, which is when we point them to Organic Jasmine Green Tea. Others go the rose direction and end up with Cherry Blossom Rose Green Tea, the same floral instinct with a completely different personality.

  • How to brew it hot

Use 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea per 8 ounces of water at 195 degrees. Steep 3 to 5 minutes. Oolong takes hotter water and a longer steep than green tea.

  • How to make iced tea

Use 2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea per 8 ounces of water at 195 degrees. Steep 3 to 5 minutes and pour over a full glass of ice. The extra leaf covers what the ice waters down.

  • How to cold brew

Use 1.5 teaspoons of loose leaf tea per 8 ounces of filtered water.
Steep in your fridge for 6 to 8 hours.
Strain out the leaves and enjoy!
