From Our Laguna Beach Tea Shop

This one moves faster than almost anything else on the oolong shelf. People come in either already loving passionfruit or just curious, since it is a name plenty of people have wanted to try and never got round to. Either way they tend to come back for it, which is how we know the curiosity is not the only thing selling it.

If Royal Passionfruit Oolong has you in the fruity direction, Elderberry Black is the bold tart berry version on a black tea base. And if you want that same fruit intensity somewhere caffeine free, Berry Berry Organic Herbal is the one to explore next.

  • How to brew it hot

Use 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea per 8 ounces of water at 195 degrees. Steep 3 to 5 minutes. Oolong takes hotter water and a longer steep than green tea.

  • How to make iced tea

Use 2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea per 8 ounces of water at 195 degrees. Steep 3 to 5 minutes and pour over a full glass of ice. The extra leaf covers what the ice waters down.

  • How to cold brew

Use 1.5 teaspoons of loose leaf tea per 8 ounces of filtered water.
Steep in your fridge for 6 to 8 hours.
Strain out the leaves and enjoy!
