From Our Laguna Beach Tea Shop

Kids are usually the ones who fall for this one first. Something about chocolate and strawberry together reads as a treat to them, and we've watched more than a few get genuinely excited about having their own real cup of tea, not a kids' version of one. It's turned into a favorite for whole families drinking it together in the evening.

It's also a favorite when parents want something fun for the whole family to enjoy together, especially in the evening. If the chocolate flavor is what draws you in, Chocolate Decadence Decaf is another favorite for a dessert-like cup without the caffeine. And if you're a strawberry lover, Strawberry Fields Forever takes that familiar flavor in a completely different direction with a richer black tea base.

  • How to brew it hot

1 teaspoon per 8 oz, steeped at 212°F for 5 to 10 minutes. Full heat pulls out the deepest coconut and tropical character.

  • How to make iced tea

2 teaspoons per 8 oz, same temperature and time, poured over a full glass of ice. The extra leaf keeps the coconut from thinning out over ice.

  • How to cold brew

Use 1.5 teaspoons of loose leaf tea per 8 ounces of filtered water.
Steep in your fridge for 10 to 14 hours.
Strain out the leaves and enjoy!

Strawberry Fields Lemonade

Serves 1

A beautifully layered lemonade topped with chilled Strawberry Fields Forever tea, garnished with fresh strawberries and lemon balm.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Strawberry Fields Forever tea, brewed strong and chilled
  • 4 ounces high-quality lemonade (freshly squeezed is best)
  • A splash of sparkling water (optional, for effervescence)
  • Fresh strawberry slices
  • A sprig of fresh lemon balm (or mint)

Instructions

  1. Brew the Concentrate: Steep 2 heaping teaspoons of Strawberry Fields Forever in 4 ounces of boiling water for 5 minutes. Strain and chill completely.
  2. Prepare the Glass: Fill a tall glass to the top with ice.
  3. Pour the Lemonade: Fill the glass halfway with the lemonade.
  4. Layer the Tea: To create the professional layered effect, hold a spoon upside down over the glass and slowly pour the chilled Strawberry Fields tea over the back of the spoon. It will settle beautifully on top of the lemonade.
  5. Garnish: Garnish with thin strawberry slices tucked into the ice and a fresh sprig of lemon balm.
