How we Tell Customers to Use This West Coast Herb & Garlic Seasoning

Here are some fun ways we customers tell use this blend:

Keep a small bottle of California Dreaming olive oil in the refrigerator. Stir 1 tablespoon of the blend into 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil and let it sit overnight. Drizzle it over tomatoes, mozzarella, grilled vegetables, pasta, or crusty bread whenever a dish needs a little sunshine.

Then (and this one blows people's minds) toss that herb oil with warm pasta, finish with freshly grated Parmesan and a squeeze of lemon. One of the simplest meals you will make, and it tastes like the neighborhood place you keep going back to.

  • What to use it on

Bring the flavors of a California backyard barbecue to chicken, pork, steak, or lamb with bright herbs that shine over an open flame.

Give grilled asparagus, zucchini, peppers, or baby potatoes the fresh, herb-forward finish that makes simple vegetables anything but ordinary.

Build Mediterranean-inspired grain bowls, pasta salads, and green salads that taste fresh, sunny, and full of garden herbs.

Create a quick olive oil dip for crusty bread or a homemade vinaigrette that turns ripe tomatoes and fresh mozzarella into an effortless summer meal.
