Unlock the Full Benefit of this Tea

Don't use boiling water. Aim for 175 to 185°F, steaming but not yet rolling. No temperature-controlled kettle? Bring it to a boil, take it off the heat, lid off, wait three to five minutes, then pour.

If you can, use filtered water. White tea is subtle enough that heavily chlorinated tap water will flatten it.

Use a heaping teaspoon, not a flat one. These leaves are large, light and airy compared to your medicinal blends and a flat teaspoon will give you a thin, watery cup.

Steep covered for 2 to 3 minutes. Go longer and those bright blueberry and citrus notes fade and the rosehips turn sharp.

We encourage you to resteep your leaves but do it within 24 hours. The moment dry leaves get wet, mold and spores can to develop. Put them in the fridge and use within 24 hours. For your second steep, cover your cup and go twice as long as your first.

  • Why does this tea work?

White tea: the least processed tea there is, which keeps its skin-protecting polyphenols intact. It is the most studied of these for guarding collagen and elastin, and it is the workhorse of this blend.

Bamboo: one of the richest natural sources of silica on the planet, containing up to 70% organic silica. Silica is the mineral your body uses to produce and stabilize both collagen and elastin, which is what keeps skin firm and hair strong. This is the ingredient pulling double duty for your face and your hair in the same cup.

Rosehips: small but loaded with vitamin C, and vitamin C does more than assist here. It triggers your fibroblasts to actually build collagen, not just protect what you have. Rosehips are the construction crew in this blend.

Blueberry: the deep color tells you everything. Those anthocyanins are some of the most potent antioxidants in the plant world, and they go directly after the free radicals that accelerate skin aging.

Lemon and tangerine: not here for clinical weight, here because they make this cup taste like something you actually want to drink every single day. A skin tea only works if you keep reaching for it.

These statements are based on traditional herbal use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

  • Is this the right one for me?

If your goal is firmness and bounce, protecting the collagen and elastin that keep skin structured and lifted, this is your cup. It is built around white tea, bamboo silica and rosehips, ingredients that work on the structural side of skin aging. It carries a small amount of natural caffeine, so it fits naturally into a morning or midday routine.

If what you are after is protecting your skin from oxidative damage and inflammation, the kind that comes from sun, pollution and daily stress, our Forever Young is the better match. It is caffeine free and built on blue pea flower, hibiscus and turmeric, three ingredients with real antioxidant and anti-inflammatory action. You can drink it any time including the evening.

A lot of our customers use both. This one in the morning for the collagen-protecting, firming side. Forever Young in the evening for the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory work. Two different angles, same goal.

  • Who should skip this one?

Not recommended if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition or are on medications without checking with your healthcare provider first.

This one is a white tea, so it does contain a small amount of caffeine, less than green or black tea but not zero. So if you are super sensitive to caffeine, skip this one.

If you have a surgery scheduled, stop drinking this blend at least two weeks before your procedure and let your surgical team know what herbs you have been taking.

What Customers Ask Us About This Tea

It has better backing than most beauty teas, and Better Than Botox is built around it. White tea is the least processed of all the true teas, which leaves its polyphenols intact, and those are the compounds a well-known Kingston University study found best at protecting the enzymes that break down collagen and elastin. In plain terms, it helps your skin hold onto the firmness it already has. This is the structural, firming side of beauty, the bounce-and-elasticity cup, and we built the rest of the blend to back the white tea up: bamboo for silica, rosehips for vitamin C, blueberry for antioxidants. It is not an injection and it is not overnight, it is a daily habit that supports your skin from the inside.

They are not the same thing, and they work better together than either does alone. A collagen powder gives your body collagen peptides, the raw building blocks. But research is clear that those peptides cannot be properly assembled into functional collagen without vitamin C and silica present as cofactors. Without them, the collagen your body tries to build is unstable. This tea provides both: vitamin C from the rosehips and silica from the bamboo, which are exactly what your body needs to actually use the collagen it has and make more of it. If you already take a collagen supplement, stirring it into this cup is not a bad idea at all. You are giving it what it needs to do its job.

Patience is the honest answer here, and anyone promising a few days is overselling. Skin renews slowly, so most people who drink a blend like this consistently start noticing subtle changes, a little more hydration and a smoother feel, somewhere in the few-weeks-to-a-couple-months range. The white tea and rosehips work by steady support, not a quick hit, so the daily habit matters far more than any single strong cup. Treat it as a long-term part of your routine.

Yes, a little. It is a white tea, which is the lowest-caffeine of the true teas, far less than black or green, but it is not caffeine free. For most people that small amount is a plus, a gentle lift that makes it an easy morning or early-afternoon cup. If you want zero caffeine, especially for an evening beauty ritual, reach for our caffeine-free Forever Young instead.
