Cucumber Lemon Hydration

$7.00

HERBAL TEA | CAFFEINE FREE | CRISP & LEMONY

This is the tea we point to when someone tells us they are trying to drink more water. The lemon and cucumber are both clear in the cup, crisp and clean, and the ginger gives the finish a flash of zing. The bee pollen gives a subtle honey-note. It's the spa water you make with a spoon instead of a cutting board. It's caffeine free too, so there is no ceiling on how much of it you drink in a day.

Sold in 1 oz quantities. Makes 6-10 cups of tea.

Ingredients

apple, lemon, cucumber, ginger, lemongrass, bee pollen, calendula, marigold, all natural flavors

From Our Laguna Beach Tea Shop

For the customers buying this one to get their water in, we tell them they do not need a teapot at all. Drop some straight into a water bottle, then keep topping it up as you drink, and the water keeps tasting refreshing all day. We also have several yoga teachers who order it for retreats and teacher trainings, pouring it all weekend to keep everyone going between sessions. Certain teas just become part of how a weekend runs.

  • How to brew it hot

1 teaspoon per 8 oz, 212°F, steep 5 to 10 minutes. Herbal blends need the full boil and a long steep.

  • How to make iced tea

2 teaspoons per 8 oz, same water and steep time, then pour over a full glass of ice. Double strength so the ice doesn't dilute it.

  • How to cold brew

Use 1.5 teaspoons of loose leaf tea per 8 ounces of filtered water.
Steep in your fridge for 10 to 14 hours.
Strain out the leaves and enjoy!
