SINGLE INGREDIENT | ORGANIC | NON-GMO | GROUND

This is the one in your grandmother's apple pie and your favorite cinnamon roll. Indonesian Korintje runs milder and sweeter than Vietnamese, so it slips into cookies, French toast, and everyday baking without taking over. As it bakes, the kitchen fills with that unmistakable fresh-cookie smell. It's the cinnamon you'll reach for most, because it works in almost everything.

What We tell customers about Indonesian Cinnamon

Korintje is a cassia cinnamon: warm, sweet, and the everyday baking flavor most people know. Vietnamese cinnamon is also a cassia and is bolder. Use it when you need cinnamon to be the star of the show. It also stands up well in espresso.

Ceylon, sometimes called true cinnamon, is lighter and more delicate, and it's lower in coumarin, which makes it the one many people prefer for daily use. If you use cinnamon every single day, our Organic Ground Ceylon Cinnamon is worth a look.

  • What to use it on

Stir it into cookie or cake batter anywhere the recipe calls for cinnamon.

Sprinkle it over French toast, oatmeal, or a baked apple.

Use it in snickerdoodles or cinnamon sugar, where its gentle sweetness shines.

Stir a pinch into your morning coffee or homemade granola, or add a small amount to chili and Moroccan-inspired roasted vegetables for subtle warmth.

  • How the pros use it

Stir Korintje into softened butter with a drizzle of honey, then spread it on warm toast, biscuits, or cornbread. Keep a small jar in the refrigerator for quick breakfasts, warm dinner rolls, or an afternoon treat.

  • What to pair it with

    Whole Cloves Organic

Add whole cloves when baking apple desserts, mulled cider, or holiday cookies for a deeper, richer spice profile.

    Nutmeg Whole Organic

Together they create the classic warm spice blend for cakes, cookies, baked apples, oatmeal, and festive holiday baking.
