How we Tell Customers to Use This Ayurvedic Spice Blend

Here's what we tell folks who ask how to get the most out of this one at the shop.

Stir Vata Churna into cooked rice, soups, or warm milk during the last few minutes of cooking. Adding it near the end preserves its delicate herbal aroma while allowing the warming spices to blend gently into the dish.

The One That Surprises Everyone

Stir a small spoonful into mashed sweet potato with a little ghee and a drizzle of honey. The warmth of the spices deepens the sweetness instead of competing with it, so it eats more like a treat than a side dish.

  • What to use it on

Bring comforting warmth to basmati rice, kitchari, or quinoa with a fragrant blend that turns simple grains into satisfying meals.

Give roasted carrots, sweet potatoes, parsnips, or winter squash a gently spiced finish that pairs beautifully with cool-weather dinners.

Add depth to homemade soups and slow simmered stews with warming spices that develop beautifully without overpowering the other ingredients.

Transform a mug of warm milk into a cozy evening ritual with a spoonful of Vata Churna and a touch of honey.
