Goes With Everything Organic

$6.00

ALL-PURPOSE SEASONING | ORGANIC | SALT FREE | VEGAN

Goes with everything is easy to print on a label and hard to earn. We think this one earns it twice over: dill, tarragon, and lemon zest are what fish and vegetables want, onion, oregano, and garlic are what meat wants. Both halves are in one jar. Salt free, so you can add your own.

Ingredients

organic onion, organic dill, organic tarragon, organic oregano, organic garlic, organic lemon zest, organic celery seed, organic chilies, organic black pepper

How we Tell Customers to Use This All-Purpose Seasoning

Keep it next to the stove rather than in the spice cabinet. There is no salt in it, so you can season as you cook, taste as you go, and add the salt at the very end without ever painting yourself into a corner.

Here's a fun use: season homemade croutons before they go in the oven. The herbs toast as the bread crisps, and yesterday's loaf turns into the best part of a Caesar or a bowl of tomato soup.

  • What to use it on

Reach for it on busy weeknights when dinner needs flavor and you don't want to think about which herbs to grab. One table spoonful takes care of the seasoning.

Turn plain roasted vegetables into the side dish everyone finishes first, whether you're cooking broccoli, potatoes, cauliflower, zucchini, or green beans.

Give chicken, pork chops, burgers, or salmon a savory garlic and herb crust that tastes like it spent hours marinating.

Wake up scrambled eggs, pasta, rice, avocado toast, or buttered popcorn with the blend that's always within arm's reach in our kitchen.

Succulent Baked Pork Chops

Serves 4

Panko-crusted pork chops seasoned with Goes With Everything, baked until golden and crisp.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups panko
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp grated parmesan
  • 1 tbsp Goes With Everything Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground Tellicherry black pepper
  • 4 bone-in pork chops (about 2 lbs)
  • lemon wedges, for serving, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  2. Combine the panko, oil, parmesan, Goes With Everything Seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large resealable plastic bag.
  3. Toss the pork chops with 1 tablespoon water in a large bowl. Place the pork chops in the bag and shake well to coat, pressing the breadcrumb mixture firmly into the meat.
  4. Place the pork chops on a wire rack set on a baking sheet and top evenly with any remaining breadcrumbs. Bake until the breadcrumbs are dark golden and the internal temperature registers 145°F on an instant-read thermometer (avoid touching bone), 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately with lemon wedges if using.
