Citrus Poultry Rub Organic

This is one of our best selling blends. It is absolutely perfect on chicken but it is also delightful on pork. The blend of turmeric, citrus and coriander that goes with just about any dish.

Ingredients: organic: cane sugar, kosher salt, turmeric, orange zest, black pepper, coriander

Taste: citrus, savory, astringent

Suggested Use:

• Use on chicken, fish and seafood. Mix with oil and rub on on protein prior to cooking.
• Blend with olive oil & lemon or orange juice for a marinade
