Moroccan Mint Organic Green Tea

$7.00

GREEN TEA | LOW CAFFEINE | ORGANIC | NANA MINT

We wanted a "true" Moroccan mint tea, not one made with whatever good mint was available. The real deal uses nana mint, which is a spearmint cultivar from the Middle East. So we sourced it and are proud to call ours a True Moroccan Mint Green Tea.

Sold in 1 oz quantities. Makes 6-10 cups of tea.

Ingredients

organic gunpowder tea, organic nana mint

From Our Laguna Beach Tea Shop

We first drank Moroccan mint tea as kids, on our very first trip to Morocco, and it was unlike anything we had tasted. That memory stuck for more than thirty years, and long before we had a shop we knew that if we ever got one, a proper Moroccan mint would be in it. When someone want this tea but without the caffeine, Moroccan Mint Organic Herbal Tea is where we send them, the same nana mint on its own.

  • How to brew it hot

Use 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea per 8 ounces of water at 175 to 180 degrees. Steep 2 to 3 minutes. Lower water temperature keeps green tea from turning bitter.

  • How to make iced tea

Use 2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea per 8 ounces of water at 175 to 180 degrees. Steep 2 to 3 minutes and pour over a full glass of ice. The extra leaf covers what the ice waters down.

  • How to cold brew

Use 1.5 teaspoons of loose leaf tea per 8 ounces of filtered water.
Steep in your fridge for 3 to 6 hours.
Strain out the leaves and enjoy!
